Saturday, Feb. 16 vs. Loyola
L, 55-52
The Leopards fought hard against Loyola, holding them off until the last few minutes. The Leopards led most of every quarter and won the rebounding battle 22-15.
Wednesday, Feb. 20 @ Navy
L, 65-53
Sophomore forward Natalie Kucowski was a beast on the boards, pulling down a team-high 19 rebounds, three on the offensive end. She also contributed 17 points, leading the Leopards, but it wasn’t enough to earn the W in Annapolis.
Men’s basketball (10-16) (7-8)
Sunday, Feb. 17 @ Loyola
W, 69-64
The Leopards traveled to Loyola and took home the victory, then their fourth straight. It was a very evenly matched game, up to the two-minute mark when the game was tied 61-61. The Leopards pulled it together and put up eight points in the final minutes to earn the win.
Wednesday, Feb. 20 vs. American
W, 70-68
Sophomore guard Alex Petrie scored the last seven points for the Leopards, including the game-winning layup with 3.3 seconds left. The Leopards tied it up twice throughout the second half, but didn’t take the lead until Petrie’s running layup fell through. The Leopards’ winning streak hits a season-high five with the victory.
Baseball (0-3)
Friday, Feb. 15 @ Elon
L, 9-1
Baseball had their season opener at Elon, but the crew couldn’t get on base with Elon’s strong pitching. Senior outfielder Dan Leckie made his first appearance since early last season due to an injury.
Saturday, Feb. 16 @ Elon
L, 8-0
The Leopards continued to struggle in their second game, though freshman shortstop Justin Johnson was a bright spot, earning his first collegiate hit.
Sunday, Feb. 17 @ Elon
L, 5-1
The Leopards fought to comeback in their third game, but could not keep up. Their only run came from junior left fielder Trey Durrah in the 4th inning.
Men’s lacrosse (3-1) (0-0)
Friday, Feb. 15 @ Wagner
W, 13-10
After trailing by a goal at the half, the Leopards came back in the third quarter, scoring their ninth goal with 4:32 left. From there on, the Leopards scored the next four goals of the game to take control on their way to the win.
Tuesday, Feb. 19 @ Manhattan
W, 13-5
The Leopards annihilated Manhattan as they controlled every quarter of the game. Freshman attacker George Enman led the Leopards with four goals, followed by senior attacker Connor Walters and freshman midfielder Cole Dutton who put up two each for the team.

Friday, Feb. 15 vs. Siena College
L, 4-3
The Leopards dropped a close one against Siena. Points came from sophomores Cece Lesnick and Sammy Snyder, and a doubles team consisting of juniors Katie Hill and Meredith Block.
Saturday, Feb. 16 vs. St. Francis College Brooklyn
W, 4-3
Leopards swept St. Francis in the doubles, and took 3 wins in the singles, thanks to junior Katie Hill at No. 6 (6-4, 6-0), junior Grace Conrad No. 4 (6-2, 6-2), and sophomore Sammy Snyder No. 2 (6-3, 6-0).

Friday, Feb. 15 vs. Siena College
L, 4-0
The Leopards couldn’t keep up with Siena as they swept all doubles and singles.
Women’s lacrosse (2-0) (0-0)
Tuesday, Feb. 19 vs. Iona
W, 14-6
The Leopards didn’t hold back as they played a strong offense, scoring five goals in the first half and nine in the second. Seniors attacker Jane Kirby, attack/midfield Emma Novick, and midfielder Hannah Davey combined for 10 goals. The Leopards were just as strong on the defensive end, with sophomore goalie Quinn Lacey in goal, alongside senior defenders Amelia Heisler and Annelise Kinney and freshman defender Lily Bedell.
Track and field
Saturday, Feb. 16th @ Navy, Patriot League Championships
The men finished seventh overall with 28 points, while the women finished eighth overall with 18 points. There were 12 performances in the top-eight on the men’s side and six on the women’s. Sophomore Sam Fishbein had the best performance for the Leopards on the day, placing third overall in the weight throw.
